Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Dansereau, we want you to cherish every piece of jewelry you receive from us. If, for any reason, you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, or merchandise credit for items bought through our website. Please review our policy below:
• Within 30 Days of Delivery: Enjoy a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
• Within 60 Days of Delivery: Opt for an exchange or merchandise credit; refunds are no longer available.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and specify your preference for a refund, exchange, or gift card. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Please securely package your jewelry and include your printed invoice with the shipment.
Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- All returns must have the original tags attached and be unworn, with no signs of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you’ve updated your credit card details or if your refund doesn’t appear on your statement within 14 days, please reach out to your bank directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly, please email a photo to us at _@dansereaujewelry.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement if needed.
